CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

To make sure everyone has a great time and stays safe, here are the Conditions of Entry for participants.

Please accept ALL Conditions of Entry by clicking on the boxes.

Your nominated parent/guardian will receive a HZY Participation Waiver for completion.

You understand that any offensive, disruptive or illegal behaviour will result in your removal from the program and your parent/guardian will be contacted

You understand that bags may be checked and your parents may be contacted before entry will be permitted

You'll stay until the end of the program at 9pm (unless arranged with parents and leaders prior to the event)

You'll show respect and kindness to everyone at Horizon Youth. No bullying or harassment will be tolerated

You're willing to participate in activities and follow directions from our Horizon Youth Leaders

You're dressed appropriately for the programs we provide (casual, sensible clothing and footwear)

You're between the ages of 11 and 17, or currently in Grades 6 - 12
